I just thought I should post, considering how much hate this place has for BM. I honestly ordered first and considered my money going to once I found this place, but everything worked out.
Honestly, if you’re in Aus and you want fast delivery, learn how to use onion markets, you get NDD, but it just costs more. Although saying that my last domestic post from onions never arrived, I gave BM a shot.

Hi, u/cogniMike. I can see chaos here because of shipping issues. But I trust you. And I think if you can make it more transparent, everybody will be happy.
I see that u/Dogtownsk874 has good ideas to start an AMA series. I will try to control this most gently and nicely.

Hey, mod asks Mike for some proof; most people here understand the shipping delays internationally; take a look back.
The majority of complaints are issues with people paying extra for domestic shipping for 3 to 4 days and waiting weeks to get it.
It’s simple don’t advertise what you can t deliver.

TLDR; Ordered before, never had issues. Been a while since the last order (pre-covid), so I had to use a new account (boo, no return bonuses).
UK-based. I made an order on Saturday last (6th), got tracking (that worked) on Thursday (11th), received it this morning (13th). No issues at all, either with the order or the product.
Will I use it again? Definitely 🙂
LONG BIT: Honestly, based on what’s been happening in this sub, I was expecting to have to fight over refunds, or wait six months for my order to arrive, or to have it get lost in shipping, or to have my firstborn stolen from me in the night, or to have to say Mike’s name in the mirror five times, or… etc., etc.
None of that happened. “Justine” was a tad forthright when I messaged her, but “she” gave me the info I needed and wasn’t particularly rude on all three occasions.
It probably helped that I wasn’t rude to “her”.. hint, hint. That packaging on the delivery was a bit… off? It could have been done better, but I get how this works, and that’s not something BM has that much (or any, really) control over.
Despite the significant anxiety that some posters on here have caused me, I don’t think I could have had a better experience.
Now, some on here, I’ve had bad experiences, genuinely so, and have handled the situation relatively well.
There are, however, a particular group of 3 or 4 posters who, by merit of their behavior, aren’t worth listening to.
That’s doubly true for me, now that I’ve had an entirely positive experience with BM.
I made the mistake of doing so, and I’ve had a miserable week because of it.
I’m not going to wade into the debate about who those posters are and why they feel the need to be so aggressive and antisocial, and I’m also not going to comment on some of the ridiculous things they’ve written.
All I’ll say is… you know who you are, and you should wind your necks in. Have some class and dignity in life, FFS. Oh, who am I kidding?

Silent_Actuary_4533, There are plenty of posts from new accounts about negative experiences, and I don’t see either of you trying to call people out there.
It’s almost as if it’s what I’m saying that you don’t like, and you’re just using a nebulous concept of “internet points” to excuse yourselves from essential critical thinking.
