There are roughly 40 websites selling modafinil online right now. Most share three things: no real name behind the business, no verifiable testing, and no accountability when something goes wrong.
I built BuyModa because I got tired of that model. I studied Health Promotion at Curtin University, I have been tracking modafinil since 2014, and I believe that if you operate in a market where trust is the only currency, you should be willing to put your commitments in writing.
These are not marketing promises. They are the standards you can point to if I fall short.
Real Identity, Always
I do not hide behind a brand name, a pen name, or a stock photo. You know who runs this site and you can find my name, credentials, and contact details on every page that matters.
Most modafinil sites are operated anonymously, registered through privacy proxies, and staffed by ghost writers. When something goes wrong, there is nobody to hold accountable.
Our commitment: Every piece of content on BuyModa identifies a real author with verifiable credentials. No anonymous reviews. No fake testimonials. No "the BuyModa team" as a byline.
Rankings Are Not For Sale
Every vendor recommendation on BuyModa is earned, not bought. I have turned down three paid placement deals in the last year because the vendors could not pass our audit.
The modafinil review space is full of sites that rank vendors based on who pays the highest affiliate commission. Their top pick is whoever writes the biggest cheque.
Our commitment: Vendor rankings are determined by our 5-Point Vendor Audit: purity verification, shipping speed, customer service, payment security, and return policy. Commission rates do not influence ranking position. If a vendor passes the audit and pays us nothing, we still list them. If they pay us a commission and fail the audit, we do not.
Purity Verification You Can Check
Every vendor we recommend must provide current HPLC certificates from their manufacturing labs. We verify these against expected purity benchmarks for each compound.
This is not a one-time check. A vendor that passed six months ago can fail today if their latest batch does not meet the standard.
Our commitment: We verify HPLC certificates on a 90-day audit cycle. The benchmark is 99%+ active ingredient purity. Our full testing methodology is published on our Editorial Standards page. If a vendor's purity drops below threshold, they are removed from our recommendations within 48 hours.
Honest Pricing, No Dark Patterns
You will never see a fake countdown timer on BuyModa. You will never see a "only 3 left in stock" notice designed to pressure you into a purchase.
The modafinil market already operates in a legal grey area in many jurisdictions. Adding manipulative pricing tactics on top of that erodes whatever trust remains.
Our commitment: Prices listed on BuyModa reflect actual vendor pricing at time of publication. We do not use urgency tactics, fake scarcity, or dynamic pricing. When we earn a commission on a sale, we disclose it.
Editorial Independence From Vendors
BuyModa reviews vendors. We do not work for them. Some review sites are secretly owned by the vendors they review. Others accept sponsored content where the vendor writes it and the site publishes it under their own byline.
Both practices are deceptive. Neither happens here.
Our commitment: No vendor has editorial input over our content. No vendor sees a review before it is published, and no vendor can request changes after publication. If we make an error, we correct it publicly with a dated note explaining what changed and why.
Supply Chain Disclosure
When we recommend a product like Modalert 200mg, we tell you who manufactures it (Sun Pharma), where it is manufactured (India, under GMP standards), and what the expected purity is (99%+). Most modafinil sites treat supply chain information as a secret.
We treat it as a baseline expectation.

Accountability When Things Go Wrong
Shipments get lost. Customs seize packages. Products arrive damaged. These things happen in international shipping, and pretending they do not is dishonest.
What matters is what happens next.
Our commitment: Every vendor we recommend must offer a reship or refund policy for lost or seized shipments, documented in our Refund and Returns Policy. We track vendor response times and resolution rates as part of our 90-day audit. If a vendor's service degrades, their ranking drops. If it fails completely, they are removed.
This manifesto is not a legal contract and is not a guarantee of outcomes. Modafinil is a prescription medication in most countries, and buying it online carries inherent risks that no transparency policy can eliminate.
What it does is tell you what we believe, how we operate, and what standards we hold ourselves to. If we fall short, you have a named person to contact and a written standard to point to.
