This hub collects BuyModa’s research-grounded articles on modafinil: how the drug actually works, what the peer-reviewed literature supports and what it doesn’t, and the practical questions of testing and cost that the clinical papers never address. Each page cites its primary sources (PubMed, the approved label, published trials) so you can check the claims yourself.
Two ground rules apply across the hub. First, claims are matched to evidence grade: a randomised controlled trial in healthy adults is treated differently from an open-label study, a case report, or our own single-operator observations, and the pages say which is which. Second, where the honest answer is “the data is thin” (long-term daily use in healthy people, cognitive effects beyond attention and executive function, interactions that have never been formally studied), the pages say that too, rather than rounding uncertainty up to confidence.
