DuckDose Review 2026: Is duckdose.net Legit?
A DuckDose review from seven orders with the original, and one page-source check of the copy.
This DuckDose review covers two different shops. The original DuckDose closed in mid-2018 and never came back. The site at duckdose.net today is a different operator using the old name. Its page source points at afinilexpress.modafinilcat.com, a shop branded Eufinil. I read that source on 30 August 2026. I haven't ordered from the new site. I ordered from the original seven times.
The "DuckDose reopened in 2026" claim
One review site says DuckDose returned in 2026 with a new website and a wider range. The same site runs a second page headed "DuckDose Shut Down". Read both and decide which one it believes.
Here's what I did instead of guessing. I opened duckdose.net and read its page source.
A canonical tag tells Google which address a page really belongs to. Sites almost never point it at a domain they don't own.
On 30 August 2026 the canonical on duckdose.net read https://afinilexpress.modafinilcat.com/. I checked it twice, an hour apart.
That address loads a working modafinil shop. The branding says Eufinil. Its social tags give eufinil.com as the real home.
Both pages run the same template and the same page builder version. The section headings line up almost word for word. Both carry a 20% crypto discount.
So one operator runs AfinilExpress, ModafinilCat, DuckDose and Eufinil. Three of those four names belong to shops that closed years ago.
Check it yourself. Open duckdose.net, view the page source, and search for the word "canonical". It takes about ten seconds.
I'm telling you what the markup says. I'm not telling you the current site will rob you. I haven't placed a test order there, so I can't say either way.
Here's what I will say. It's a shop built on one dead brand's name, and its canonical points at another.
The same goes for duckdose.org, duckdoseofficial.com and the rest. I haven't verified any of them. None of them are the 2015 team.
What duckdose.net sells, and how it takes payment
Here's what the live site lists, read off its own pages on 30 August 2026. I haven't ordered, so every line below is their claim, not my finding.
The catalogue is the usual generic line. Modalert 200mg and Modvigil 200mg for modafinil, then Waklert 150mg and Artvigil 150mg for armodafinil.
That's the same Sun Pharma and HAB Pharma product the real shop sold. It's also what every India-sourced shop lists, so it tells you nothing.
Payment and shipping claims
On payment the site advertises a 20% crypto discount and something it calls protected payments. It doesn't name a card processor anywhere I could find.
A push toward crypto at checkout showed up in the original's final months too. It usually means the card processors have already walked.
On delivery it claims free worldwide shipping and a 100% delivery guarantee. It lists USPS Priority in the States and Royal Mail in the UK. Australia gets a callout for Artvigil via Australia Post.
The part that matters
A delivery guarantee is only worth the operator standing behind it. This one carries a name whose owners left in 2018 with pending orders unrefunded.
What Reddit says about DuckDose
The Reddit threads people find when they search "duckdose reddit" fall into two piles, and the dates tell the story.
The praise is from 2016 and 2017. A thread on r/afinil titled Good experience with duckdose reports six to eight days to Chicago. Another, Now that modafinil cat is gone, is the community working out where to go after ModafinilCat closed. DuckDose was the answer most people landed on.
The closure threads are from 2018. A piracetam.net forum post announces the shutdown. A Quora question from the same period asks where in Europe to buy now that DuckDose has stopped taking orders.
Nothing on Reddit since then is about the original team. The newer threads, like Current Modafinil Vendors? on r/NootropicsHelp, are people asking who still takes cards in 2025.
That matches my own record. Praise until 2017, silence after mid-2018, and a new site on the domain years later.
The DuckDose I ordered from (2015 to 2018)
If you were buying modafinil between 2015 and 2018, you knew DuckDose. Alongside ModafinilCat, they were the name everyone trusted.
I placed my first order with them in late 2015. Back then, getting modafinil into Australia or the UK was a coin toss. Packages from India got flagged, and you'd get a seizure letter instead of a parcel.
DuckDose repacked the pills by hand. I received orders hidden inside supplement bottles, and once inside a resealed M&M packet.
Over three years I placed roughly seven orders with them. Every one landed. Their support answered fast, and their Sun Pharma Modalert was consistent.
Launch. DuckDose gains traction through r/afinil and its hand-packed stealth shipping.
Peak. ModafinilCat closes and DuckDose absorbs most of its customers. Bitcoin discounts, quick support.
The squeeze. Card payments start failing. Some orders take three to four weeks instead of ten days.
Closed. Orders stop, the site goes dark, no announcement, no refunds for pending orders.
What killed DuckDose
Grey-market vendors usually die one of two ways. Supply seizures at the Indian border, or payment processing failures.
DuckDose almost certainly went the second way. In early 2018 Visa and Mastercard leaned hard on high-risk merchants, and DuckDose bounced between offshore processors.
They pushed customers toward Bitcoin. Most buyers wouldn't make that jump. When the fees and the compliance pressure outweighed the profit, they pulled the plug.
DuckDose coupon codes in 2026
Every DuckDose code died with the site in 2018. There's no working DuckDose coupon, discount code or promo code, and there hasn't been for years.
Two things use that phrase today. The shop at duckdose.net advertises a 20% crypto discount. That's the different operator described above, not a coupon for the original.
And at least one competing vendor runs a page headed "Duckdose Coupon and Promo Codes". Those codes can't work at DuckDose. DuckDose doesn't exist.

Where former DuckDose customers order in 2026
When DuckDose closed, a very large customer base went looking for a replacement. I've tracked vendors since 2014, so I watched where people went.
The market looks different now. The era of stealth packaging from India is mostly over. The vendors I use ship from inside your own country, so the parcel never crosses a border.
This is where most former DuckDose customers landed. It's the closest thing to DuckDose I've found. Domestic dispatch in four regions, manufacturer batch certificates on the Modalert and Modvigil, and a written reship policy.

I loved DuckDose. They mattered to the biohacking crowd in the mid-2010s, and I won't pretend otherwise now they're gone.
But here's the honest read. Buying modafinil got better after they died. That three-week wait to find out if customs had eaten your parcel is gone.
Take it from me. If you've been out of the market since 2018, 2026 is a step up.

The great vendor purge (2017 to 2020)
DuckDose wasn't an isolated case. Between 2017 and 2020 almost every first-wave modafinil vendor was wiped out.
ModafinilCat closed in 2016. DuckDose in mid-2018. ModaPharma and AfinilExpress in 2019. Each built a big customer base, earned trust, then vanished as payment processors and Indian export rules tightened.

How to avoid the next DuckDose
DuckDose taught the community a hard lesson. Don't trust a vendor because it delivered your last parcel.
Operating history. Two years minimum. Three years of trading wasn't enough to survive a processor squeeze.
Card processing. If a vendor suddenly goes crypto-only, its merchant accounts are gone. Back away.
Domestic dispatch. A vendor shipping only from India in 2026 is behind. You want a warehouse inside your country.
A written reship policy. On the website, not in a chat window. When DuckDose closed with pending orders, there was nowhere to go.

I don't know, and I won't guess. I haven't placed a test order. What I can say is this. The domain, the canonical tag and the brand on the checkout are three different names. That's a pattern I stay away from.
Are DuckDose coupon codes still valid?
